Uses: Black garlic is a tremendously rich and decadent flavor. Sweet and caramel-like in nature, this balsamic is lighter in garlic flavor but heavy with umami goodness. This would be a great steak marinade or a rich topping for crostini. Try it on chicken-fried steak.
