Originally from Romania. This garlic adds a long lasting hot and spicy bite to any dish. Although pungent, it has an excellent flavor. Great secret ingredient for any dish. Beautiful large bulbs vary in color from all white to streaked red and white. Bulbs contain 4 to 5 east to peal cloves. Matures mid to late season. Stores 7 to 9 months. Contains high alicin levels.
